Bank Confirmation Letter

A bank confirmation letter is an official document from the bank that confirms the company's account balance. It is required to prove that the company has sufficient paid-up capital according to the grade applied for.

Bank Confirmation Letter Requirements

  • • Must be printed on the bank's letterhead
  • • Signed by an authorised bank officer
  • • States the full company name and account number
  • • States the current account balance
  • • Dated not more than 3 months from the application date
  • • Contains the official bank stamp

Work Declaration Form

  • • List of completed projects
  • • Name and address of each project's client
  • • Contract value for each project
  • • Start date and completion date
  • • Project status (completed/in progress)
  • • Signed by the company director
