How to Renew CIDB Green Card Online
Step 1: Visit RentakaBiz.com
Go to RentakaBiz.com. On the main page, you'll see service options. Click on "CIDB Green Card Services" to begin the renewal process.
Step 2: Select Application Type
Choose your worker category:
- Malaysian citizen — Click "Local Workers"
- Foreign worker — Click "Foreign Workers"
Enter your full name and phone number (starting with 60, e.g., 60123456789). Then select "CIDB Green Card Renewal" and click "Register Now!"
Step 3: Complete the Renewal Application Form
Fill in the following details accurately:
Cardholder Information:
- Full name and IC number
- Mobile number and email address
- Card delivery address
- Gender, marital status, religion, and race
- Upload a copy of your IC (front and back)
Heir Information:
- Full name and IC number of your heir
- Heir's phone number and address
- Relationship (e.g., spouse, parent, sibling)
Employer Status:
- Working (same employer)
- Working (change employer)
- Self-employed
Important: Your application will only be processed if all information is accurate. Double-check before submitting.
Step 4: Choose Renewal Period & Payment
Select how many years you want to renew your card:
- 1 Year — RM 85
- 2 Years — RM 135
- 3 Years — RM 185
- 4 Years — RM 225
- 5 Years — RM 250
Then choose your payment method: Online Banking (FPX) via ToyyibPay, or manual bank transfer.
Step 5: Make Payment via Online Banking (FPX)
Select "Online Banking (FPX)" as your payment method. Complete the payment through your bank. You'll receive a payment receipt via email as confirmation.

Step 6: Receive Your Temporary Pass
Within 3–4 working days (excluding weekends), you'll receive a Temporary Pass via email. This pass is valid for access to construction sites while your new card is being produced.
Step 7: Receive Your New CIDB Green Card
Once your renewal is processed by CIDB, your new Green Card will be posted to the address you provided. Delivery takes approximately 60 working days from CIDB.
